Job Summary
Processing CHAPS payments and related operational activities within Banking Operations, including high value payments, fraud indemnities, BACS recalls, direct debit indemnity claims, manual switching and paper mandates, and recording/court orders. Own end-to-end operational support for selected journeys, coordinating with internal partners to support operations and ensuring proper hand-offs between service and Operations. Investigate and resolve client inquiries, engage with banks and staff across front- and back-office teams, develop subject-matter expertise to aid remediations, and contribute to team goals with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Maintains utmost accuracy in the processing of payments
- Ability to follow tight deadlines, organise and prioritise workload
- Ability to work closely with business partners and interact with staff at all levels
- Demonstrated experience of strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Maintain strong discipline to support in new activities in partnership with multiple teams engaging in operational readiness
- Multi-tasker who can manage multiple streams of work concurrently and able to collaborate, partner and work in a team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
