Job Summary
Serve as the primary liaison between Banking Operations, business stakeholders, and technology delivery teams to drive the successful delivery, adoption, and ongoing optimization of operational platforms. Manage the intake, prioritization, tracking, and resolution of operational issues, enhancement requests, and defects while coordinating customer-facing escalations. Lead testing, release readiness, and post-implementation validation activities, establishing clear ownership and governance across teams. Monitor product performance and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support product roadmap development. Provide business oversight and final sign-off for strategic initiatives, system changes, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, with a technical major such as engineering or computer science or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in financial institutions as system product manager
