Job Summary
Lead business partners, IT, and vendors to design feasible technical solutions for medium to large projects and write comprehensive business requirements. Design and perform system integration tests, manage project implementation, and present progress updates to senior management. Identify opportunities for data report automation, conduct data analysis to generate management reports, and develop enhanced process flows to improve operational efficiency. Compile documentation for critical applications and provide coaching, support, and training to junior team members. Requires a Master's degree, 5-7 years in banking analytics, proficiency in Excel and SQL, and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in finance, business, engineering, science or related fields or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in banking analytics, working knowledge in banking regulations
- Demonstrable experience in process automation design and implementation
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience performing complex data analysis
- Excellent written, verbal and comprehension communication skills
- A self-starter, who can effectively navigate a complex organizational structure, achieving results through influence and collaboration
- Ability to multi-task with attention to detail, adapt quickly to changes and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills and intermediate SQL skills
- Leadership skills
- Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge in IBS Insight, LPS, SAP Business Intelligence, and Passport applications
