Banking Officer (Sales)

Manages the assigned Branch Office to meet the financial services needs of customers in the community market, directs inside and outside sales and branch functions to achieve growth, excellent customer service, and profitability, and implements strategies from the Retail Banking Division’s operating plan. Responsible for ensuring regulatory and policy compliance, supervising branch personnel, providing periodic reports, and leading customer-facing activities such as sales calls, relationship-building, and community involvement. Emphasizes customer retention, staff development, and achievement of branch sales and service goals; coordinates remote capture processes for business customers and ensures proper branch operations, security, and risk management. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, four years of related banking experience, and strong sales, leadership, and customer-service capabilities.
