Job Summary
Bank Officer responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and daily banking transactions at the Canberra CBD location. Role includes supporting the Help Desk for the Online Banking Service, maintaining internal and customer accounts, performing daily reconciliation, assisting with counter/teller services, and undertaking general administrative duties such as records management. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. The position emphasizes collaboration within a respectful, diverse workplace and offers development opportunities within the Reserve Bank of Australia, including flexible work environment and a focus on public-interest outcomes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and prior customer service experience are desirable but not essential.
