Conduct technical and professional training in Banking and Customer Success while building relationships with leading organizations in the Salt Lake City area. Complete internships and job placement support through YUPRO Placement, gaining exposure to running a business and developing a customer-centric mindset. Earn an educational stipend of $525 per week during the internship phase. This one-year program prepares participants for career paths including financial advisory, sales specialist, and product support, with 72% of graduates employed or enrolled in postsecondary education within four months.
