Job Summary
Develop technical and professional banking skills through in-classroom training, mentorship, and coaching across four unique career pathways. Gain exposure to running a business via the Customer Experience pathway, including access to internships at JPMorganChase or Bank of America through YUPRO Placement. Earn an educational stipend of $525 per week during the internship phase while building product knowledge, communication abilities, and resume-building expertise to launch a career in financial advisory, sales, or product support.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
