Job Summary
Lead Sales / AM / Collection functions for the lending business; drive revenue and profitability of banking products; act as primary liaison for regional credit risk; establish processes for interaction with regional credit risk; build validated pipeline for new lending products; devise go-to-market playbooks for new lending products; validate alternative funding products to support loan book growth; coach sales team members to execute the go-to-market playbook; ensure lending operations meet banking industry standards; contribute to Xendit's success with proactive ownership and teamwork. Requirements include 5+ years in banking, 3+ years in sales/business development in financial services, fluent English, and proven credit risk analysis with consumer lending knowledge; candidate demonstrates autonomy, adaptability across tasks, strong cross-team communication, and willingness to take on various responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated 5+ years experience in banking industry
- At least 3+ years of experience in sales / business development in financial services
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Proven track records in credit risk analysis, business lending savvy with sufficient knowledge of consumer lending and other lending segment
