Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end financial transactions and needs-based conversations for customers, delivering digital solutions and ensuring compliance with branch policies. Actively support bank programs while maintaining a risk perspective through 'know your customer' protocols. Serve as a peer coach within the branch team to foster a collaborative environment that turns customers into strong advocates. This role requires a growth mindset and adaptability to change, situated within ANZ's Retail Banking team focused on improving financial wellbeing.
