Job Summary
Contribute to customer engagement and advocacy by completing transaction activities and conducting needs-based conversations to fulfill products according to accreditation levels. Actively participate in and support bank programs while ensuring compliance with ANZ and branch policies. Take responsibility to know your customer from a risk perspective and deliver a high standard of service to ensure customers become strong advocates. Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team environment to maintain the best possible customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Sound understanding of compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
- Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
- Exceptional customer focus
- Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels
- Knowledge required to complete customer transactions
- In-depth needs based conversations
- Fulfil products as per their accreditation level

- Wednesday: 09:30 AM - 02:30 PM = 5.00 hours
- Thursday: 09:30 AM - 02:30 PM = 5.00 hours
- Friday: 09:30 AM - 02:30 PM = 5.00 hours
- Location: 69 Brisbane Street, Launceston TAS 7250
