Job Summary
Consult members in person, on the phone, and through digital channels to educate, recommend, and sell Magnifi Financial products and services. Assist with routine transactions, create resolutions to member requests, and maintain cash drawers, cash recyclers, and ATM operations. Perform account services including mobile deposit setup, card activations, transfers, and loan funding. Coach members to adopt new digital solutions and may handle branch opening or closing duties. Contribute to branch success and community relations efforts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or currently pursuing a high school diploma
- Customer service and/or sales experience
