Banking Consultant - Consumer

Engage with prospective auto vehicle lending customers across New Zealand, guiding them through loan applications and answering questions. Assist customers in making informed borrowing decisions while accurately completing all required compliance checks to meet policy and regulatory obligations. Receive inbound and make outbound calls to gather information, follow up on leads, and assist with the retention strategy across the Auto business.
