Job Summary
Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting end-to-end banking needs through transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and digital solution education. Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team to deliver the best possible customer service and drive advocacy. Contribute to customer engagement uplifts while actively supporting bank programs and initiatives. Take responsibility for knowing customers from a risk perspective and ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures. This part-time role (25 hours) is based at 154 Queen Street, Ayr QLD 4807, with rostered Saturday shifts possible.
Required Qualifications
- Sound understanding of compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
- Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
- Exceptional customer focus
- Working knowledge in using different digital channels
- Retail experience
- Knowledge required to complete customer transactions
- In-depth needs based conversations
- Accreditation level for fulfilling products
- Rostered Saturday shifts
