Job Summary
Meet customers end-to-end by handling transaction activities, conducting needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions. Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team to deliver a seamless branch experience and drive customer advocacy. Proactively participate in bank programs, support initiatives, and ensure compliance with ANZ policies while maintaining a risk perspective on customer knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Sound understanding of compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
- Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage
- Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage
