Banking Consultant

Banking Consultant in our team delivers friendly, hands-on support across everyday banking activities, listens to customers to tailor service, and introduces digital banking tools to empower clients. You will guide customers through opening accounts, updating details, or exploring new products, follow compliance practices, and celebrate wins with the team. Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is preferred but not mandatory to meet business requirements. This role is a permanent position based in Newmarket, NZ with flexible working arrangements and 37.5 hours per week. Responsibilities include helping customers with a range of banking needs in a people-first environment, building trusted relationships, and supporting customers through simple and sometimes life-changing financial decisions while promoting digital tools.
