Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end financial transactions, engage in needs-based conversations, and educate customers on available digital and financial solutions. Meet each customer's goals across transaction activities while ensuring compliance with ANZ policies and procedures from a risk perspective. Act as a role model and peer coach to deliver a high standard of customer service, contributing to increased customer engagement and advocacy. Participate in and support bank programs and initiatives within the retail banking team.
