Job Summary
Manager, Client Advice in Banking Centre Leadership across multiple Ontario locations. Lead and coach a client service and financial services team to deepen client relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience. Role requires coaching and hands-on leadership, enabling collaboration across multiple client offers, and ensuring team performance aligned with banking centre goals. On-site full-time with flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within reasonable travel distance. Requires active investment and mutual funds licensing credentials (Mutual Funds License or Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada) and current accreditation and good standing; asset if additional courses such as BCO, BME, CPH, WME, or CFP have been completed. Emphasis on people leadership, client service excellence, risk management, compliance, and a values-driven, inclusive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).
- Ability to obtain and maintain accreditations as listed in the role description.
