Job Summary

Lead a team of financial services professionals by hiring, developing, and coaching staff to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive revenue growth. Monitor the Banking Centre's business performance to close gaps, manage risk, and maximize market opportunities while supporting clients in securing their futures. Work full-time on-site at Fort Nelson banking centres, adhering to flexible hours that may include evenings and weekends, and travel between multiple centres to serve new and existing clients.
