Job Summary
Lead a high-performing financial services team in Personal and Business Banking to deliver exceptional client experiences; hire, develop, and coach staff; drive revenue growth; manage risk; and support clients with mortgages, home purchases, and business needs. Role requires on-site, full-time work at Meadow Lake banking centre with flexibility for hours including evenings/weekends and potential travel to multiple centres within a reasonable distance. Requires financial-services leadership, client-relations focus, and relevant licenses/certifications; emphasizes ownership mindset and community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada)
- Branch Compliance Officer’s Course (BCO) optional
- Branch Managers Examination Course (BME) optional
- Conducts & Practices Handbook (CPH) Wealth Management Essentials (WME) optional
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) optional
- On-site full-time role at Meadow Lake banking centre
- Willingness to travel within reasonable distance to multiple banking centres
- Ability to lead and coach a team of Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives
- Experience providing coaching and hands-on support to meet team goals
- Desire to develop client relationships and deliver growth
