Job Summary

Lead a team of financial services professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences by hiring, developing, and coaching high-performing staff. Drive revenue growth and manage risk while monitoring business performance to close gaps and maximize market opportunities. Support new and existing clients in securing futures, owning homes, and setting up businesses through deep relationship building and community advocacy. Resolve client complaints quickly and escalate when necessary, acting as an owner accountable for results. Work full-time on-site at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance, including evenings and weekends.
