Job Summary
Lead a Banking Centre team of high-performing financial services professionals to deliver an exceptional client experience. As a people leader, hire, develop, and coach your team, champion a culture of ownership, drive revenue growth, and take accountability for results. Facilitate client outcomes by supporting new and existing clients with their financial goals, including home ownership and business needs. Eligible for on-site, full-time work with flexibility to operate at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance; travel between centres is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada)
- Branch Compliance Officer’s Course (BCO)
- Branch Managers Examination Course (BME)
- Conducts & Practices Handbook (CPH) Wealth Management Essentials (WME)
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
