Job Summary
Banking Centre Leader responsible for leading a high-performing Personal and Business Banking team to deliver exceptional client experiences, drive revenue growth, and manage risk. You will hire, develop, and coach Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives, act as an owner, deepen client relationships, and ensure service excellence across banking centres within reasonable travel distance. Must be on-site full-time and flexible to banking centre hours (including evenings/weekends). Requires leadership experience, strategic goal setting, and accreditation in Mutual Funds/Canadian financial standards (plus assets such as BCO/BME/CPH/WME/CFP qualifications). Required Qualifications
- Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada)
- Asset if Branch Compliance Officer’s Course (BCO), Branch Managers Examination Course (BME), Conducts & Practices Handbook (CPH) Wealth Management Essentials (WME) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
- Legal eligibility to work at location(s) specified; suitable work permit where applicable
- Current accreditation and good standing
