Banking Center Senior Relationship Banker responsible for achieving branch sales, service, and operations targets; supports Banking Center Manager in its absence; deepens share of wallet with existing clients and prospects; coaches staff on cross-selling products/services; processes routine transactions; builds COIs, uses lead-management tools (e.g., Salesforce); supports audits and regulatory compliance; mentors colleagues and fosters a positive team environment; travel between Banking Centers may be required; may work a flexible/rotating schedule including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED required; college preferred
