Job Summary
The Relationship Banker II provides banking-center services, drives sales, delivers high-quality customer service, and supports operations to meet growth and profitability goals. Responsibilities include handling routine teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cash, loan payments), identifying customer financial needs through needs-based conversations and offering appropriate financial products, supporting segmentation initiatives, and coaching fellow bankers. Ensures compliance with Federal and State regulations and bank policies, participates in branch audits, and assists with onboarding new bankers. Travel may be required to alternate Banking Centers; may work a flexible/shifting schedule including weekends and extended hours. Demonstrates strong customer service, teamwork, and a track record of meeting or exceeding individual and team goals; leadership and supervisory capabilities are noted as part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED required
- 3-4 years customer sales/service experience with 1-2 years supervisory
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or degree preferred
