Banking Center Relationship Banker 2 provides services to Banking Center customers, drives sales, service, and operational goals, processes routine teller transactions, performs needs-based product conversations to build relationships, generates leads, onsite coaching and onboarding of bankers, ensures compliance with regulations and bank policies, and supports a collaborative team environment with flexible/rotating schedules and occasional travel to alternate Banking Centers.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED required
- 3-4 years customer sales/service experience with 1-2 years supervisory
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or degree preferred
