Job Summary
Respond to customers' needs accurately and timely, processing routine transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Evaluate client requirements through needs-based conversations to offer appropriate financial products, generate leads, and optimize sales opportunities. Support segmentation strategies by executing sales, retention, and bank initiatives to meet individual and team goals in sales, service, and operations. Maintain compliance with federal, state regulations, and bank policies while meeting audit and operations evaluation requirements. Supervise and coach fellow relationship bankers, assisting with onboarding and acting as a role model. Ability to work a flexible or rotating schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays, and extended hours, with potential travel to alternate Banking Centers.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)
- 3-4 years customer sales/service experience
- 1-2 years supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of all products and services
- Ability to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule
- May be required to work Saturdays, Sundays and extended hours
- Travel may be required to alternate Banking Centers
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or degree preferred
- Needs-based banking sales experience preferred
