Job Summary
Oversee banking-center operations by supervising tellers, ensuring accurate and compliant processing of transactions, managing cash operations (vault, cash boxes, ATM, and TCRs), and maintaining dual control and security. Lead client experiences with proactive service, cross-sell bank products, and ensure adherence to policies and audits. Drive operational efficiency, risk control, and staff development through training, performance coaching, and ongoing communication of policy updates. Requires a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred) and 2-5 years of related experience; includes background checks and mandatory assessments.
