Job Summary
Manage the daily operations of the branch, overseeing deposits, loan goals, and audit quality while leading onsite staff through hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Build relationships with local individuals and companies to generate business, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and security protocols. Coach branch employees on sales activities and customer service, facilitating teamwork and resolving complaints to meet established deposit and market share objectives. Represent the bank to the community through excellent customer relations and involvement.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from four-year College or university
- Three to five years related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Qualifications
- Some commercial lending experience
