Job Summary
Administer and operate the banking center, overseeing branch profit and loss, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. Conduct regular team meetings to review sales goals, share marketing materials, and coach staff on product knowledge for loans, deposits, and wealth management. Manage hiring, training, and development of team members while executing individual sales strategies to maximize center profitability. Lead joint calling efforts across mortgage, investments, and commercial channels to develop new and existing customer relationships. Ensure staffing aligns with company benchmarks and service standards while maintaining adherence to all legal and security practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business related field preferred or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years banking experience with 2+ years consumer lending experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in the banking or retail industry
- must be eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
