Job Summary
Administer banking center operations, including branch profit and loss, staffing, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Lead the team in executing sales processes for consumer and small business loans, deposits, and wealth management while meeting individual sales goals and maximizing center profitability. Conduct regular meetings to build product knowledge, review performance metrics, and coach staff on ethical standards and best practices. Direct client interactions for account openings, loan applications, and transaction processing, ensuring adherence to service policies and security procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business related field
- 4+ years banking experience
- 2+ years consumer lending experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)

- Bachelor's Degree in business related field preferred
