Job Summary
Banking Center Manager leading a team of sales and service professionals to meet/exceed performance targets; drive portfolio growth through cross-sell and relationship-building; integrate Commercial and Small Business partners; manage lending products including consumer and real estate; develop and execute business plans; foster COI relationships; coach staff, provide performance feedback, and participate in community activities; travel within market as needed; strong focus on customer experience and adherence to banking regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of success in leading a team of sales and service professionals
- Minimum 5 years of retail sales and customer service experience
- NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and transport coin and currency bags as required (bags may weigh between 25lbs and 50lbs)
- Multilingual speakers are encouraged to apply
