Job Summary
Banking Center Manager responsible for leading a sales and service team at a Midland States Bank branch, setting goals and career development plans, driving portfolio growth through cross-sell and relationship management, and coordinating with Commercial and Small Business partners. The role requires coaching and evaluating staff, delivering customer-focused service, monitoring branch performance metrics, and maintaining compliance with regulations (including BSA); occasional travel to support multiple locations and in-office work as needed. The position emphasizes building and maintaining relationships with clients, COI networks, and community involvement to grow market share, while managing lending products including consumer and real estate lending and providing strategic leadership to achieve personal and team targets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience
- Minimum 5 years of retail sales and customer service experience
- NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
