Job Summary
Oversee daily operations and profitability of the Goshen Banking Center while supervising staff activities, coaching employees, and conducting weekly or monthly sales meetings. Administer bank policies and regulations to manage risk, ensure compliance, and handle complex client transactions. Lead product sales to build relationships and migrate customers, coordinate performance appraisals and promotions, and collaborate with the Regional President on referral programs. Represent the bank in local community organizations and actively participate in team meetings. Complete all required 1st Source University and compliance training. Requires strong PC skills, ability to travel overnight as needed, and regular attendance. Bachelor's degree preferred with four years of retail banking experience.

- Good PC skills--proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to protect the confidentiality/privacy of others as appropriate, as well as of company documents and records

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Responsible for the completion of all 1st Source University and compliance training related to the position
- Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements
- Ability to travel to all locations as well as ability to travel overnight, as needed for meetings, projects, seminars, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Four (4) or more years of retail banking experience
- Prior supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree
