Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-4 years related banking/financial services experience or training
  • Ability to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Understanding of banking regulations, policies, and risk management
  • Knowledge of consumer financial services, sales, and client relationship management
  • Compliance with SAFEs and related mortgage licensing requirements
  • Willingness to complete DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment
  • Background credit check requirements for employment with First Horizon Bank
