Job Summary
Banking Center Manager II - Lead a team at a regional bank, overseeing all banking center functions, driving community engagement, and cultivating client relationships. Responsibilities include business development through proactive sales calls and networking to meet or exceed consumer and business loans, deposits, and fee income goals; involvement in local market/community via civic organizations; training and motivating staff to achieve superior customer service and profitability; collaborating with retail administration to implement branch activities; ensuring adequate staffing and high-quality service; monitoring production efficiencies; ensuring regulatory compliance; controlling operational and administrative expenses; resolving customer service issues; and representing the company professionally in civic and community affairs. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of retail banking experience, 1-2 years related experience, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; background credit check and compliance with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008. Required Qualifications
