Job Summary
Oversee banking center operations, inspect compliance, and implement aggressive sales strategies to drive deposits, loans, and referrals. Conduct outside sales calls to nurture client relationships and open accounts for consumer and business customers. Manage team performance through weekly meetings, daily huddles, and monthly coaching conversations focused on sales tactics and service behaviors. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints while ensuring the team meets Gold Standard expectations. Requires S.A.F.E Act registration and Notary Public designation. Base pay plus bonuses, medical/dental/vision, 401k, and tuition reimbursement available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- A minimum of three (3) years of sales, management, banking, or related experience including serving in a lead or supervisory capacity
- S.A.F.E Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
- Obtain Notary Public designation

- Demonstrated ability to sell and cross-sell bank products and services
- Consumer lending experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage sales team to achieve threshold activity levels and performance goals
- Bachelor's degree
