Job Summary
Oversee banking center operations, inspect compliance, and implement aggressive sales strategies to drive deposits, loans, and referrals. Conduct outside sales calls to nurture client relationships and grow market share while opening accounts and processing loan applications for consumer and business customers. Lead team development through weekly sales meetings, daily huddles, and monthly coaching conversations focused on service behaviors and sales tactics. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints proactively using service-to-sales techniques. Ensure all staff deliver on Gold Standard for Service expectations and maintain a robust employee experience. Requires S.A.F.E Act registration and Notary Public designation. Base pay includes bonuses, medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- A minimum of three (3) years of sales, management, banking, or related experience including serving in a lead or supervisory capacity
- S.A.F.E Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
- Obtain Notary Public designation

- Consumer lending experience

- Bachelor's degree
