Job Summary
Banking Center Manager responsible for leading a banking center team, driving business development in the market through proactive sales calls and networking to meet consumer and business loan, deposit, and fee income goals, and overseeing branch operations to ensure high-quality customer service and regulatory compliance. Will be involved in local community activities, staffing and training, cost control, and achieving profit goals in collaboration with retail administration. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of related experience, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and completion of required background checks and SAF Mortgage Licensing Act regulations. The role emphasizes community engagement, people leadership, and maintaining professional representation of the company.
