Banking Center Manager

Job Summary
Lead and develop a banking center team, drive local market business development through proactive sales calls, manage branch operations to meet or exceed goals for loans, deposits, and fee income, ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality customer service, and recruit/train staff to maintain efficient operations. Engage with local civic organizations and community groups, oversee staffing levels, monitor production efficiencies, manage expenses, and represent the company professionally in community affairs. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 1-2 years related experience, proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook, and completion of required assessments and background checks. Knowledge of the SAFÉ Mortgage Licensing Act and the DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment is needed for consideration.

- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
