Job Summary
Natural leader responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, leading a banking center team, and overseeing all branch functions to achieve loan, deposits, and fee-income goals. Responsibilities include market-area business development through proactive sales calls and networking, community involvement, coaching staff to deliver high-quality customer service, managing branch operations and expenses, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing the company professionally in civic and community activities. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of related experience, proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook, and adherence to regulatory and assessment requirements (S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act; DeGarmo Behavioral Assessment).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Background credit check
- Compliance with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations
- DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment completion (12–15 minutes) prior to evaluation
