Job Summary
Oversees the general management of the bank's retail sales, service, and operations within Banking Centers; drives customer-centric and needs-based sales while ensuring compliance with policies. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing onboarding and retention processes, handling CDs and IRAs, notary duties, vault and cash operations, ATM/ITM and security, branch openings/closings, and maintaining regulatory adherence. Requires strong leadership, experience in retail sales management, Notary Certification, and a Bachelor's degree. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field
- minimum of five years of experience as a Universal Banker or similar role
- minimum of two years of retail sales management experience
- Notary Certification
