Job Summary
Lead the Banking Center Assistant Manager team by delivering an exceptional client experience through leadership, motivation, and activity-based coaching. Conduct regular meetings to build product knowledge, review goals, and introduce servicing channels to consumers and business clients. Oversee daily operations including scheduling, customer service workflows, training, and compliance with legal, regulatory, and security policies. Monitor adherence to operational controls, audit standards, and policies while resolving client issues and implementing strategies to retain and deepen relationships. Identify and hire top talent, provide candid performance feedback, and drive sales results by executing the bank's sales process and referring clients to business product partners.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in business related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- 3+ years of experience in banking, retail sales leadership and or customer service
- 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in the banking or retail industry
- must be eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)

- Associate Degree in business related field preferred
