Job Summary
Banking IGS: Business Execution Team in Mumbai supports Business Managers by analyzing internal metrics (revenue, wallet data, backlog, client coverage, and related KPIs) and preparing reports/presentations for senior management. Responsibilities include performing revenue and wallet analyses, planning and execution of franchise reviews, coordinating with bankers, BELs and product partners, and mentoring juniors. Proficiency in Excel, BI/analytical tools (Tableau, Essbase, SQL, VBA), data governance for confidential information, and strong communication and time-management skills are required. The role involves creating strategic analyses to inform decisions, tracking performance across Revenues, Wallet, and other finance metrics, and supporting complex projects and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Excel / PPT: Should be equipped with solid /advanced excel functionalities
- System: CIW Essbase, SmartView, Toolbox, DMS, Dealogic, Opportunity System
- Effective communication skills – both written and verbal
- Should be inquisitive, proactive and show excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong team player skills
- Must be able to work well under pressure and to prioritize workload in order to deliver results to tight deadlines
- Ability to manage confidential data
- Expertise in Tableau, VBA Macros, SQL, and AI will be a plus
