Job Summary
Process everyday banking transactions, open new accounts, and service customers on the teller line or platform while uncovering financial needs. Deliver end-to-end advice by educating clients on products, managing lead generation, and scheduling appointments with Bankers. Act as the first point of contact for walk-in traffic, resolving inquiries and orchestrating customer flow to ensure a positive experience. Maintain cash drawer balances, follow compliance protocols for authentication and risk, and refer complex needs to internal partners. Work during operating hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, adhering to established policies and completing required training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience working with customers
- Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays
- Teller training completion
- Part 1 of platform training completion
- Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Notary License
