Job Summary
Process everyday banking transactions on the teller line or platform while accurately completing account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and debit/credit card services. Deliver end-to-end advice by educating customers on products, identifying financial needs, and referring them to appropriate partners or internal experts. Manage customer relationships through lead generation, outbound outreach, appointment scheduling, and proactive recommendations to attract and retain clients. Service customers on both the teller line and digital platform, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate records.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience working with customers
- Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Required to complete Teller training and part 1 of platform training upon hire
- Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Notary License preferred
