Job Summary
The Banking Associate role delivers everyday banking transactions, opens new accounts, and educates customers on products, services, and tools to help clients achieve financial goals. Responsibilities include processing transactions on the teller line or platform, providing consultative financial advice, building trust through educational content, generating and managing self-generated leads, referring customers to appropriate bank partners, and ensuring a positive customer experience while adhering to policy, risk, and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with emphasis on delivering excellent customer service, promoting TD products, and maintaining accurate records and compliance training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience working with customers in any capacity
- Ability to work during evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Teller training and platform training upon hire
