Job Summary
Process everyday banking transactions on the teller line or platform, including opening/closing accounts, servicing deposits, and resolving debit/credit card issues. Deliver end-to-end advice by educating customers on products, managing leads through outbound outreach and appointment scheduling, and referring complex needs to internal partners. Service walk-in traffic as the first point of contact, orchestrate lobby leadership, and maintain accurate cash drawer balances while adhering to compliance and risk protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience working with customers
- Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Required to complete Teller training and part 1 of platform training upon hire
- Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Notary License preferred
