Job Summary
Banking Associate at a TD Bank branch in Harleysville, PA responsible for accurately processing everyday banking transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on products and services. Provides financial advice and consultative support to help customers reach their goals, develops self-generated and partner/referral leads, engages customers to deepen relationships, and ensures compliance with policy and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience working with customers in any capacity
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills preferred
- Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Teller training and part 1 of platform training upon hire
- Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent
- Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Notary License preferred
