Job Summary
Banking Associate providing high-quality service to customers by selling bank products and services and making referrals. Responsibilities include processing teller transactions, meeting branch goals for deposits and accounts, understanding account ownership and FDIC coverage, providing product and loan information, handling errors, opening deposit accounts, managing safety deposit boxes, wiring funds, and complying with federal regulations (including BSA and Regulation CC). Emphasis on teamwork, confidentiality, professional conduct, and ongoing training to support personal and professional growth. Location-based emphasis in Ellsworth, ME with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling experience
- Direct customer service experience
- High School degree or GED
- Sales and computer experience desirable
