Banking Associate - Ellsworth

Sell bank products and services to customers while meeting branch goals for deposit growth, account enrollment, and referral targets. Accurately process transactions in the teller system, place deposit holds, and open new accounts following identification and policy protocols. Investigate customer-reported errors, correct discrepancies, and report unusual activity to management. Maintain the safe deposit box system and handle wire fund requests, stop payments, and debit card instructions. Demonstrate knowledge of account structures, loan and investment products, and federal regulations including the Bank Secretcy Act and Regulation CC.
